The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Due to the limited number of students in each class, to make the classes enjoyable and cost effective the following Policies are necessary: Cancallation When you provide notice of cancellation 7 calendar days prior to your scheduled class, you will be refunded your course fee minus a $50 administrative charge. Cancellation less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled class will result in complete forfeiture of your total course fee. Rescheduling If you would like to reschedule your class time, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged when notice is given at least 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled class begins. If you reschedule within 4 to 6 calendar days, an administrative rescheduling fee is $50 will be charged. Students who reschedule less than 3 days before a class begins, will be charged an administrative fee equal to 50% of the registration fee paid. Once the class has begins or non attendance forfreit all fees.

    Rescheduling of second day class will be at the discrection of the Manger. No refunds are given for non attendance and at the discretion of the Manager a fee up to the original class price may be accessed.

    Only One Discount may be applied.

    Price Match is limited to 2 day Posted Registrationable, Verifiable Classes in the Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Area, this Does not include Harley Davidson Rider Academy Courses which are 3 day classes.

  • VOID WHERE PROHIBITED:
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Rider's Choice Training and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Rider's Choice Training shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rider's Choice Training with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Rider's Choice Training with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Rider's Choice Training. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

    MSF and FRTP guidelines, rules and agreements govern the discretion of dismal due to an individual being a danger or hinderance to the learning process of the student or others in the class. No refunds are issued if dismissed in these cases. Other options may be offered to facilitate the student either gratis or at a nominal fee.
